Project Two - Aces high

The second project we were asked to do was to put certain detailed contact information and a photograph of our selves onto a playing card twice,once for each of the tutors. Now you may think easy. but trying to do it in a way that allows the cards to be put together in a playing card box. So it cant alter the shape size or thickness of the cards, wealso were advisedif they were tacky or wouldnot last they would need to be redone.

Ideas? i had plenty how bout spraying the card white and putting them throught a printer? the cards would bend and look ugly.  Somehow manage to design the layout so that everything thats needed is shown and a picture is clearly displayed and recognisable? No i had 7 of diamonds and 8 of hearts, no space what so ever.

In the end i decided to keep it simple, by makeing a layout on photoshop like below.

This way i was able to cut them down to size and make sure that they were a snug fit and glued down properly. The final outcomewas simple and rather plain and boring but as alot of peoples work was asked to be done again, simple might of been the best idea.
